It’s easy! Once you are an Access Perfect Referrals associate, simply complete our Referral form. We align your referral’s specific criteria to the specialties of the skilled Realtors in the Access Perfect Homes network. We oversee the entire procedure, including introducing you to the network of Realtors who are best suited to your referred customer's requirements.

If you're a Florida real estate licensee and not currently immersed in the day-to-day real estate business, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Access Perfect Referrals will place your referred customer with the best-matched, top-tier Realtor for their real estate needs. Consequently, you will receive a Referral Commission once the transaction closes! Whether you're taking a breather, exploring other interests, or just wanting some passive income in exchange for the time and hard work you’ve put into getting your license, this program is for you!

You will earn 80% of the total Referral Commission paid to Access Perfect Referrals by the selected Realtor who closed the transaction for your Referral customer. See our example of how easy it is to earn $6000 for a simple introduction!

Apart from an annual membership fee of $99, there are no mandatory charges from Access Perfect Referrals. Referral Agents are still responsible for covering their state license renewal fees and ensuring compliance with Continuing Education (CE) requirements to maintain the validity of their license. These fees are paid directly to the state and to the chosen CE provider by the individual Referral Agent.

Yes. To join Access Perfect Referrals and qualify for referral commissions, it's necessary for you to hold an active Florida Real Estate license in good standing, and to fulfill all Continuing Education (CE) prerequisites. This ensures adherence to regulations and upholding professional benchmarks.

As an Access Perfect Referrals associate, you will participate in real estate solely by referring leads and obtaining referral commissions. Listing properties or representing buyers falls outside the boundaries of our program. Should you opt for a greater hands-on involvement, we're available to assist you in seamlessly transition your license back to fully active sales associate status.
